  1. ATTENTION! AIPMT RANKERS ABOVE 5001 (If you are interested to take part in the litigation at the
hon. Supreme Court of India please contact me over the phone number 9446528452. ROHAN NEBU, Rank13874)

We have to discuss an urgent and important issue now friends. Since the AIPMT Re-exam is
over and we are awaiting results, according to eligibility criteria mentioned
in AIPMT manual, all the people who scored eligible percentage of marks are all
eligible to get a seat. But a list of 5 times the available seats have been
called in their merit list calculated and the rest unfilled seats remains as
vacant seat, the remaining eligible candidate(50% general, 40%OBC,SC,ST And 45%
GEN-PH ) is not been called for counseling and they are being outcast-ed and so
surrendering those is not fair by any mean.
If the seat is already over, the last eligible candidate may not be called. But when the seat
remains vacant, the end eligible candidate must be called for counseling and
the remaining seat must be allotted. This is the fair and justified manner.
The students have studied day and night to be getting eligible in AIPMT Exam but they have not
been called for counseling even after seats remaining vacant and it is
surrendered back to the states and also stopping abruptly in the middle of the eligible candidates, deceiving the
students which is not right. Lakhs and lakhs of students appear and prepare for
AIPMT and only a meagre sum of them get eligible for a total of nearly 3000
seats. Such is the struggle to get pass eligibility criteria(above mentioned)in
AIPMT. so the all eligible candidate must be called for counselling if seats remain vacant. The
urgency, importance and justice for this issue must reach The Medical council of India,The Directorate General of
Health services and The Hon'ble supreme court. The Hon'ble justice must take it
into notice and do the rightful in this issue.
